Grateful for Everyone
November 25, 2021
Who said, "What if today, we were grateful for everyone?" (Keep reading for the answer) It’s official, the holiday season is here! Happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends and neighbors at Lake Forest Shores. Even though it seems like "beach" weather, the end of the year is right around the corner and of course, it is a time to celebrate with family and friends; and to enjoy each other’s company over some delicious food. And with all of the festivities that are about to take place, I cannot help to think of how many people have been affected by everything that has transpired during these last couple of years.
This has made me look more closely at my life and to appreciate everything I have taken for granted. I'm truly blessed on so many levels. I've come to realize more than ever that nothing lasts forever. Life is too short. Appreciate what you have now, big and small, as it may not be there tomorrow. Enjoy life's moments, experiences and the memories that come with it. Don't take anything for granted and try to live your life to the fullest without regrets!
In closing, I'd like to wish all of you a long and healthy life full of joy, happiness and many wonderful memories for many years to come.
Oh yes! Here is the answer to my question... "Charlie Brown"
Thanksgiving Quote:
"Thanksgiving is an emotional time. People travel thousands of miles to be with people they see only once a year. And then discover once a year is way too often.” —Johnny Carson
Count your blessings, be kind and give thanks!
Happy Thanksgiving!!!
