Roofing Maintenance

The Board is working hard in making the necessary repairs to the community. In the next several weeks, residents will notice Island Pacific Roofing, Inc. performing roofing repairs on all of the buildings. The work in nature is light duty and should not inconvenience any of the residents, as none of your belongings will need to be moved from the balcony and/or patio, and vehicles can stay parked within the complex throughout the day (unless specified otherwise). The work will consist of the following: sealing roof cracks, vents and misc. repairs.
Estimated date of completion: August 15, 2017.
