Lake Forest Shores uses Courtesy Patrol Specialists as the community patrol company hired to enforce the parking rules & regulations. If you plan on parking your vehicle(s) on the premises, but outside of a garage, then make sure you safe-list to avoid parking issues by going to the Courtesy Patrol Specialists website and registering your vehicle(s).

Residents can download the "PARKING GUIDELINES" to ensure compliance of the rules and regualtions and for those seeking a parking permit, download the "APPLICATION" to submit it forthwith in order for your parking permit to reach you within a timely manner.

Moreover, the dispatch center can be reached at (714) 669-2736 between the hours of 6pm - 9am, 7-days a week.

Below are examples of situations in need of security:

Suspicious person(s) and/or activity
Enforcement of pool/spa rules
Enforcement of parking
Loud noise/music

Lastly, please do not park your vehicle in front of your garage or entry point to your door, especially by the stop sign located at the entrance street, Lake Garden Dr. This is a safety issue due to the lack of visibility and limited amount of driving space for vehicles. In other words, it condences two (2) car spaces for driving into one (1) and provides blind spots for vehicles attempting to make turns by the stop sign with the increased possibility of an accident happening, so please use common sense.
