Asphalt Repaving Project

Some of the residents have addressed concerns regarding the asphalt/street repairs. Well, the time is now. You should have received notice via U.S. Mail and if not, there is a posting at every mailbox location throughout the complex with a schedule and directions as to what will transpire during this project. In order to ensure completion of this project within a timely manner and avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you read the attached schedules. Please remember that failure to obey/follow directions as posted in the street repair notice will result in towing of vehicle(s) at owner's expense; therefore, please make sure you pay attention to the schedule and arrange parking of your vehicle(s) ahead of time.

Caliber Paving Company Inc. will be back to finish street repairs on Monday, July 17, 2017, to finish work in specific areas of the community (entrance gate). Please be aware of the times (5:00am - 5:00pm), so make the necessary arrangements to have your vehicle off the premises during the construction times if you need to be somewhere.
